We've built our entire supply chain around these regions — sourcing directly from small co-ops who tend their land with the same intensity we bring to every roast.

The Spark
Two coffee obsessives and a shared frustration: every 'premium' bag tasted the same. We decided to source differently.
First Roast
After months of sourcing trips and cupping sessions, we landed our first single-origin lot from a small co-op on the slopes of an active volcano.
Going Live
Lava Java launched online. First 500 bags sold out in 72 hours. We knew the fire was real.
